Rich Hoyer, Practice Lead, became one of the founding experts of contemporary FinOps during his tenure at Cloudability in 2017.
He established & ran the Cloud Finance Management and FinOps practices at Cloudability, Onica / Rackspace and SADA over a span of 7 years, enabling Finance and IT leadership at large enterprise clients to better understand their value output from public cloud.
20 years of Finance and FP&A , he is a leader in the field, having served on the FinOps Foundation Governing Board& Technical Advisory Counsel, co-wrote the Google Cloud FinOps global operating model, and he regularly shares his expertise on Cloud Finance and FinOps topics via whitepapers, articles and blogs
